I really loved staying in Patrick’s house for almost a year, it’s very clean and calm apartment, very well designed in a very modern building in very cute town santa cruz.
The beach is very close to the house (5 minutes walk) and Santa Cruz is a great jumping off point for lots of hikes on the east of the island.
Patrick was very nice and welcoming, explained everything, how to take buses, taxis ect and recommended hikes and restaurants and activities that we could do while staying in Madeira. I would totally recommend this place to stay.
