Dit prachtig ingerichte verblijf is rustig gelegen op de eerste verdieping van een moderne villa en biedt comfortabel slaapgelegenheid voor twee gasten. Het is een van de vier privékamers die apart geboekt kunnen worden in dezelfde villa. Het pand heeft een grote, gedeelde eetkamer met drie tafels en een moderne keuken uitgerust met een kookplaat, een oven, een magnetron, een espresso-apparaat, een vaatwasser en een koelkast met vriesvak.

De villa heeft ook een gedeelde badkamer en een wasruimte waar gasten gebruik van kunnen maken. Het pand ligt in St. Julian's waar zich veel restaurants, clubs en Engelstalige scholen bevinden en op 15 minuten lopen van de prachtige stranden van St George's Bay.

Het pand ligt in het gebied St. Julian's aan de noordoostkust van Malta, op 15 minuten lopen van St Georges Bay, een van de aantrekkelijkste zandstranden van Malta en op 6 minuten rijden (30 minuten lopen) van Balluta Bay Beach. Beide zijn populaire plekken voor watersporten zoals jetskiën, paddleboarden en duiken.

De St. Julian's Promenade (15 minuten rijden) loopt langs de kustlijn en biedt een schilderachtige wandeling met panoramisch uitzicht op de Middellandse Zee. Dit is een geweldige plek om te genieten van een ontspannen wandeling of een drankje in een van de cafés aan het water om de omgeving in je op te nemen.

Het gebied heeft goede verbindingen met het openbaar vervoer en is een handige locatie om andere delen van Malta te verkennen, waaronder nabijgelegen steden als Valletta en Mdina (beide op 15 minuten rijden), die rijk zijn aan historische en culturele bezienswaardigheden.

Malta's typische mediterrane klimaat is zonnig met een gemiddelde dagelijkse zonneschijn van vijf tot zes uur in het midden van de winter en 12 uur in de zomer, met meer dan 300 dagen zon en warm weer. De zomers zijn heet, droog en zeer zonnig. De opmerkelijk zachte winters en intens blauwe luchten maken het een ideale plek voor lange wandelingen in het weelderige, groene landschap.
