The apartment was fully renovated by end of 2021. It is situated iin a functionalism building from 1936 located on the west part of the city center - Pekařská street. Entry to the city center leads via Šilingrovo náměstí.
The flat has 2 bedrooms - 1 big and one tiny with a balcony.
There is a separate kitchen equipped with a dishwasher for your comfort.
We have built-in the concept of an open bathroom to fully enjoy the feeling of raindrops falling on your head! There is a washing machine. The toilet is separate.
All windows lead to the inner garden which creates a nice microclimate in summer with a nice view and makes the flat very comfortable and calm without noise from the street.
In front of the building, there is a tram stop - St. Anne’s hospital. And there are several well-rated restaurants nearby as well as popular street food takeaway places.
10 minute walk to the main train station / Vlněna, Titanium office park, Mendlovo náměstí or náměstí Svobody.

Big room equipment: working desk for home office/ studying, single bed, sofa (can be unfolded), big wardrobe, Wifi + Cable Internet / TV socket. Furniture might be updated based on agreement / needs of the tenant.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
