House for rent - Cascais

The house is located in downtown Cascais, in a very quiet residential street, just 5 minutes walk from local commerce, cafes and restaurants, public transport and all types of services for their comfort. Also just a short distance from the beaches with calm waters from Estoril coast. Parking on the street is public and paid. There is free public parking for 10 minutes walk.

When it enters the house, it finds a corridor that gives access to two comfortable two bedrooms with huge wardrobes and air conditioning.
One room has a double bed, the other room has two single beds. The corridor opens to a hall where he finds a bedroom with a and a half bed, perfect for an adult or two children, and two bathrooms one with bath and shower and one with a shower cabin. Hair dryer, towels, hand gel, bath gel and shampoo are included.
The contemporary cuisine is fully equipped with modern devices and all the dishes and cutlery you need to prepare a home meal. It has plate and oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, mixer, iron and ironing board.
The room is comfortable and modernly furnished with a sofa bed for two extra people, two armchairs, a closet and a television with access to international channels. There is Wi-Fi access available throughout the house.
The living room gives access to a balcony with chairs and also to the garden. The garden with its green grass and trees is the perfect place for relaxing and taking sunbathing on the loungers with all tranquility or doing an outdoor meal with Barbecue. A true paradise to rest, even in the heart of Cascais.

The region:

Inserted in a region near the Sintra - Cascais Natural Park, a natural area protected from rare beauty, delimited by green pines and surrounded by one of the best golf fields in the area - Quinta da Marinha.
It is also very close, 15 minutes by car, from one of the best beaches in the region, Guincho Beach, known internationally for surfing, windsurfing, kite surf and now, more recently, lovers of Paddle Surf.
For Equestrian art lovers, the Equestrian Center is also available at Quinta da Marinha, as well as a complete gym with sneakers and rowing.
Within 2-6 km radius are Marina and Naval Club of Cascais, the Cascais Center with all its stores, restaurants, outdoor cafes and bars, the Estoril Congress Center, the Estoril Casino and the Estoril racerome .
Lisbon is located only 40 minutes by car or public transport.
