WE OFFER BREAKFAST. Every day we recommend a different set that consists of breakfast, dessert and a drink. We invite you to place orders by calling or via the Rent like home Guest Portal (after booking) - the cost of the breakfast set is 45 PLN / person.
- the choice of the breakfast option (standard or vegetarian) must be made no later than 48 hours before the planned start of the stay
- if the guest chose the option of staying with breakfast, but did not choose which breakfast option he prefers, then the "standard" option is automatically assigned
The comfortable layout of the rooms of this 34-meter apartment will provide you with comfort and pleasant moments. The apartment is located on the 1st floor.
A spacious living room with a dining area and a kitchenette:
- There is a comfortable fold-out sofa in the living room. Exit from the room to the balcony.
- Dining area: table with four chairs
- The kitchenette is fully equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances: fridge, hob, electric kettle and a set for making coffee and tea
- The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, two bedside tables with lamps and a dressing table.
- The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle. Guests have at their disposal clean towels, free toiletries and a hair dryer.
Throughout the stay of guests, we are available by phone and in the office - ready to help in case of any problems.
The apartment is located in a convenient neighborhood. A few minutes walk to the Wileńska Shopping Center. You can get to the Old Town in 10 minutes by bus, and to the Palace of Culture and Science in 7 minutes by metro.
Only 6 minutes on foot from public transport and metro stops.

The fee for check-in after 22:00 is PLN 150.
Extending the check-out time to 1 p.m. involves a fee of PLN 50.
Checking out after 1 p.m. incurs a fee for the next full night.
Any changes to the check-in / check-out hours are possible after prior arrangement with our Customer Service Department.
The landlord has not filled the internet speed yet. Ask them to clarify this.
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancellation policy).
