The apartment is on the second floor with elevador, free parking garage and portable electric heaters. The area is extremely welcoming and the condominium provides all the security and privacy you need to fully enjoy your vacations.

The living room has a flat-screen TV, an inviting sofa, an ornamental fireplace and a dining table for 6.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, microwave and coffee maker.
￫ In addition to the monthly rent, a Cleaning Fee of 60€ must be paid at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only. Additional cleanings can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee. An extra set of linen will be provided.
￫ City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2€ per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights.
￫ The pool is seasonal and its opening may be dependent on local authorities.

However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
