Located in Rezidence Mozartova - new building with elevator, parking garage. Hosted by locals, many recommendations are provided for your pleasant stay.
Our recently furnished apartment is situated in a new house.
There is a balcony heading to a local park called Bertramka – place where W. A. Mozart stayed during his visits of Prague. No car traffic to disturb you, only trees. But if you arrive by car, you can use parking garage in the building for free. For hot summer days there is air cooling system in both rooms for better sleep.
DISPOSITION and EQUIPMENT -
Apartment consists of entrance hall, living area with fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
Bedroom features queen bed (180 cm wide) with comfortable mattress and blackout rolets. Living room features comfortable big sofa with coffee table. Living room also feature smart, flat screen SMART TV: 43” HD LED Hyundai, with internet access and HDMI connection. Sofa is convertible to extra bed.
The kitchen features dishwasher, glass ceramic cooking plate and oven/microwave as well as the refrigerator. It is stocked with all cook and glassware you may need and electric kettle.
High speed WiFi is of course there.
Also there for your free use: tea, coffee, sugar, salt&pepper, cotton and paper towels.
Space in the entrance area is available for storing your luggage. Flat also contains iron, ironing board, etc.
Other essentials include: hair dryer, all the linens, towels, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, umbrella.
Later check-in is always possible with our keybox any time in the night.
My apartment is close to city center of Prague so everything is in walking distance, but out of all the night tourist noise, so you can sleep undisturbedly. In neighbourhood are some monuments, nice parks and museums. Just 5 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket, very good bakery, there are many restaurants on Anděl and 5 minutes walk to big shopping mall Nový Smichov.
You can use my parking garage free of charge. In city center are streets reserved just for residents and parking in garages are usually expensive. In my apartment is garage included already in price. To city center you can just walk or you can use trams or metro. There is a funicular on neighbour hotel going up the park, where is a nice view on the city.
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in his/her offer. From that moment, he/she has 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
