A flat of 36,68m2 is located on the second floor (third above-ground) of a building right on Plzeňská street, just one tram stop from Anděl (metro B line). The flat itself consists of 4 separate areas - 1 bedroom with a huge double bed (which could fit three people if they really liked each other ;); entrance hall with wardrobe, mirror, and a washing machine; bathroom with a shower stall and last but not least, living/dining room with a very well equipped kitchen. From the windows you can see Malostranský hřbitov - a cemetery with lots of green. It was founded in 1680 and there are many interesting legends and stories linked to this place. If you admire the art of sculpture, you might find interesting the headstone of "Holy girl" by Josef Max, or the one of the bishop Leopold Thun-Hohenstein sculpted by Václav Prachner.
The main advantage of this flat is its location; it´s less than 100 m from the tram stop Bertramka, and 5 minutes from the bus station Holečkova. If you enjoy nature, the nearest park Sacré Coeur will fit your needs. The beutiful view of Prague, and a wooden bridge connecting the park with shopping mall OC Nový Smíchov makes it a perfect place for picnic. Kinského zahrada on the lesser known side of Petřín hill is definitely worth visiting too.

Julian is prone to fast replies and very helpful in all of those.
The apartment is very well located in front of Bertramka Tram stop, you can go downtown quickly in 15 - 20 minutes.
It is a very comfortable and clean apartment, the kitchen is impressive, the only complaint I would have is the lack of a microwave, but you can solve that using the oven.
I would return and stay again in the same place, really recommend it.

The flat is modern, clean, in good condition and everything works as described. We loved the equipped studio kitchen, the view out of the window, and the large bed. The landlord is super helpful and always responsive. Basically, it's the best Landlord you can imagine. We very much enjoyed our stay for three months.

The apartment is very clean and bright. I really enjoyed my stay at Alžbětas place! She was very helpful and responsive. The flat looks better in reality than in the photos. Apartment is really spacious, there is a place for wardrobe and desk. Bed is really big and convenient. The location is also awesome -Tesco and Lidl in close proximity. It takes 15 minutes to get to the city center. Would love to come back in the future :) Highly recommended!
