Welkom in onze appartementen aan de Olgy Havlovéstraat, Praha 3 - Žižkov! Dit is een recent gebouwd complex met een interne tuin, en ons appartement met 1 slaapkamer en keuken, met een oppervlakte van 40 m², biedt een levendige en stijlvolle woonervaring.

Het appartement is gloednieuw, met ramen van vloer tot plafond die een open en lichte sfeer creëren. Het is volledig gemeubileerd met meubilair van hoge kwaliteit en uitgerust met alles wat nodig is voor een comfortabel verblijf. De slaapkamer beschikt over een ruim tweepersoonsbed, een eettafel en een handige werkruimte met snelle internetverbinding.

Onze keuken is modern en volledig uitgerust met eigentijdse apparaten en alle essentiële keukenbenodigdheden. De badkamer is ook goed uitgerust met alle benodigdheden. De locatie is ideaal, gelegen in een rustige en veilige buurt, dicht bij het prachtige Židovské pece-park en tram- en bushaltes.

Handig vervoer is gegarandeerd met nabijgelegen tram- en bushaltes, waardoor gemakkelijk reizen door de stad mogelijk is. De beroemde Žižkovská televizní věž ligt op slechts 20-25 minuten rijden, en Náměstí Míru met Bazilika sv. Ludmily is bereikbaar in 25 minuten. Het centrale Wenceslasplein ligt op slechts 30 minuten afstand.
