This apartment of 70 square meters is located in district of New Town, offering plenty of beautiful nooks without crowds of tourists. Only a 10-minute walk will take you to Wenceslas Square, to Folimanka Park or to Gothic New Town Hall built during the reign of Czech king Charles IV. Nearby is also Peace Square with the Neo-Gothic Church of Saint Ludmila or Charles Square, one of the largest squares in Europe.
The location is easily accessible by public transport, it is located between two metro stations. The yellow metro line B (Charles Square) is seven minutes away, red metro C (I. P. Pavlova) can be reached in three minutes. There are also trams 6, 7, 10, 11, 13, 14, 16, 22, 23, buses H1 and 148 and many night lines. The apartment does not offer a parking space, but you can park it in the nearby guarded underground garage, it is also possible to rent a garage in the house.

The bright apartment on the fourth floor of the building with a lift is suitable for up to six people. In the spacious bedroom with parquet floor there is a comfortable double bed and a sofa-bed. Room is furnished with a wardrobe too. The second room can be either a living room or another bedroom. It is equipped with a sofa-bed, from which you can watch TV with Czech and international channels or use it as a bed for two people.
The kitchen decorated in white colour provides a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. There are also smaller appliances such as a toaster and a kettle. In addition to the shower, the orange bathroom also offers a sink with mirror and toilet. The apartment also has a washing machine.

However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
