This quiet location offers a lot of parks, one is right in front of the house, another park with a playground is a two-minute walk away. You can go for long walks in the Hostivař Nature Park, which is connected to another nature park Botič-Miličov. The Hostivař forests hide a dam of the same name, where you can swim in the summer or sunbathe on the beach.
The location is easily accessible by public transport. Buses 195, 901, 906 and 959 stop three minutes away. Trams 22, 26, 97 and 99 and buses 101, 138, 175 and 177 stop six minutes' walk away. The city center can be reached in half an hour.
The neighborhood of the apartment offers restaurants and cafes, as well as a supermarket, post office, or ATMs.
The apartment with a separate entrance is located on the first floor of a family house with a garden. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed from which you can watch TV by the opposite wall. If necessary, the sofa will serve as a double bed. There is a large double bed in the separate bedroom, and you can browse the pages of your favorite book in the evening in a designer armchair.
The dining room with a kitchenette offers a dining table for four. The bright kitchen is very well equipped. Every chef will enjoy an electric hob, oven or microwave. In the bathroom, you can enjoy a quick morning shower in the shower or relax in the hot tub in the evening. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
