Spacious, sunny, orange-tiled apartment on the 5th floor of a well-maintained house on Senovážné náměstí in Prague 1, close to all major places and sights of the metropolis (Prašná brána, Staroměstské náměstí, Václavské náměstí, Obecní dům, Na Příkopě, Celetná street, Pařížská street, main station, etc.)
On the ground floor of the house, there is a reception with the permanent presence of a security guard, the apartment on the 5th floor will reliably transport a spacious modern elevator.
After entering the entrance hall, on the left is a spacious bathroom equipped with a washing ladder, shower, washbasin, large mirror, hanging bidet and hanging machine, hedging toilet with flushing system in the wall. Cabinets that are also located in the bathroom are not part of the apartment equipment and are locked.
In the hallway of the apartment, there is a hanger with a storage space for umbrellas, a cabinet with a door, above which is placed a small curved mirror in a wooden frame, and a shelf.

On the left side of the apartment, there is also a small kitchen, loosely connected with the hall and the living room. The kitchen is equiped with a built-in fridge / freezer (**), a kitchen sink, an electric kettle, an electric stove with oven, and cabinets with storage space for kitchen utensils and raw cooking ingredients . The dishwasher is out of service and is not part of the apartment equipment.
(**) At present, this built-in fridge /freezer is not working and is therefore not part of the apartment equipment. As a substitute, there is a small white CANDY fridge located between the kitchen and the living room.
The living room is spacious with sloping walls, two windows, and a skylight. The living room features a dining table and four solid wood chairs, two seating sets and a low coffee table. The living room includes two screens, a decorative desk, a cupboard and a step-down drawer, all made of solid wood. There is also a small table with a top glass plate and an electric fan. In the living room is also a television (not working), which is not part of the apartment equipment.
On the right side of the hall, there is a spacious bedroom with two windows, a comfortable double bed, two-night tables, a separate mirror and a four-piece built-in wardrobe with sliding doors. However, the built-in wardrobe is not part of the apartment equipment and is locked. A disposable laundry rack is available.
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in his/her offer. From that moment, he/she has 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
