It’s located on the upper floors and it features a lot of windows, making this house truly bright. The apartment is ideally located in one of the best connected areas of London and just a short walk away from Hyde Park. It features a shared garden and one private parking space.
The apartment is spread across three floors. The entrance is located on the ground floor and it features a bright open plan living area and dining area. It comes with comfortable sofas, armchairs, and a big flat screen TV, ideal to unwind and relax. The kitchen is located next to the dining area and comes fully equipped and ready to use. It also features a comfortable breakfast bar. This space also directly opens up to the balcony from which it’s possible to access the beautiful and spacious garden. The garden is shared with the neighbours so it’s important to be respectful. Next to the entrance, there is also a toilet room for guests added comfort when travelling in a group. Going up to the first floor, guests will have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms come with comfortable mattresses, 2 with double beds and one with a single bed. One bedroom features an en suite bathroom with shower. The second bathroom comes with a bathtub. The master bedroom is located on the second floor and features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower, and plenty of storage space. The home also has high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done. There is one secured private parking for guests to use.
You’ll have access to the apartment at all times. Because the home comes with a key box, you’ll be able to check in any time between 3pm and 12:30am, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Both Hyde Park and Regent's park are a few minutes away, and you are surrounded by hundreds of great restaurants and bars nearby in Marylebone with Mayfair, Soho and Notting Hill. With so many tube stations a few steps away, you have easy access to anywhere in London and can walk to most areas of central London in under 25 minutes.
Given the location of the apartment, most of London's centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. With the tube station so close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. The apartment is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. The apartment has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
