The living area is bright and comes with a dining table, a sofa and armchairs, and a big flat-screen TV. The kitchen is located in this open plan space and comes fully equipped. The bedroom comes with a comfortable double bed sleeping two guests and it offers plenty of storage. The bathroom comes with a comfortable shower and it’s clean and neat for guests added convenience. The home offers high-speed WiFi and it has plenty of space to get work done should you need it.
You’ll have access to the homes at all times. Because the homes come with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Located right next to St George's Church, you’re just moments from the crème de la crème of London’s shopping, galleries, entertainment and restaurants with Regent St, Piccadilly Circus, and Soho just moments away. The area is truly enviable and is the perfect base to explore the best that city has to offer.
London is closely connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. It is well connected to public transport and main roads.
This home is located right in the middle of the city, so it’s perfect if you want to enjoy the lively city centre. This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. This home is right in the centre of the city and while it’s safely away from traffic, you can hear the hustle and bustle of the city. The home is not equipped with a washer/dryer but Laundrapp, Zipjet and other laundry services are available. There are nearby launderettes and dry cleaners as well. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens. While three guests can sleep in the flat, it's still a moderately sized 1-bedroom flat so it may be a bit of a squeeze. There's room to sleep and eat, but groups of three or more will probably prefer to eat out and spend their time exploring.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
