The bathrooms are all bright and clean and there is even a spacious bathtub. The cool and large kitchen offers you all that you need, is bright, fully equipped, and ready for you to use it. It’s a great space for communal cooking and gathering. The dining room is directly connected to the bright kitchen creating a very sizeable inviting space for fun evenings with friends or family that will fit all guests. The living room has two cosy sofas, and armchair and plenty of space for you and all your guests. Its comfortable, laid-back design make it a great spot for families, friends and groups and it comes with a lot of windows. Both Russell Square and the British Museum are a few minutes away, and you are surrounded by hundreds of great restaurants and bars. With so many tube stations a few steps away, you have easy access to anywhere in London and can walk to most areas of central London in under 25 minutes.
Given the location of the home, most of London's centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. With the tube station so close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. The garage can only fit a small car, and guests with larger cars will likely need to use pay and display parking around the neighbourhood. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
