It's a gracious and typical one bedroom ground-floor apartment located in one of the famous seven hills of Lisbon ("Colina de Santana"), in a downtown traditional neighborhood still quite authentic and not as gentrified or touristic as several others districts in town. At the same time, it's just a few (5 or less, literally) minutes away from famous Av. da Liberdade with all its pulsing activity (restaurants, shops, bars, etc... you name it...). Both the area and the apartment itself are a very good fit for a single or a young couple willing to live (and work or study...) in Lisbon for a month or so. In this cozy house you can decide whether you want to sleep on the double sofa-bed in the bed-/living room or on the standard double mattress on the pine-wood mezzanine floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (except an oven; there's a microwave, though...) and has a large table for four/six that can also be used as a big working desk. In the living room, in addition to the double sofa, you can find a wardrobe and bookshelves (with some of our books and vinyl records). The bathroom is also equipped with everything you need, including a bidet. It's located in a beautiful and typical neighborhood, lively but not too gentrified. The house is at a 7 minute walking distance from the subway (Blue and Yellow lines), and it's surrounded by cheap restaurants and bars, supermarkets and local grocery shops. A real Lisbon Experience (as we know it and it is still possible for the time being).

Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
