Situated on the highest of the seven hills, this beautiful apartment is a tribute to the neighborhood of Graça, where Lisbon maintains its essence and harmony between locals and visitors.
Typical and historical Graça apartment located on the 4th floor. It is an old building with no elevator. Please note there are approximately 100 stairs to climb to reach the apartment (but hopefully the view from the top is worth it).
High ceilings, hardwood floors, lots of light, and views on both sides, including sweeping views of the city and the Tejo River.
The apartment has three bedrooms.
• Room one: Large master bedroom with queen size bed, large wardrobe with ample space to hang garments, its own en-suite bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer, and interior-facing window for privacy.
• Room 2: Small and cozy bedroom with queen size bed and dresser. Also has interior-facing window, ensuring a quiet and peaceful night’s rest
• Room 3: Bedroom with two twin beds (one is a trundle bed that can be pulled out if 2 people share the room). Has floor-to-ceiling window opening onto a small balcony, large dresser and garment rack for hanging your clothing.
The apartment has two bathrooms, one with bathtub and shower and the other one with shower only.

The living room is spacious and has a flat-screen TV with cable connection, two sofas, and desk and chair
- The dining room is attached to the kitchen and has a nice view over the neighborhood with a spacious dining area that seats up to 8 people.
The kitchen has everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal – just bring the food. It is fully equipped with full size oven, microwave, and toaster, cooking needs, including pots, pans and bakeware, plenty of high quality cooking knives, enough cutlery/plates/bowls/mugs/espresso cups/wine glasses for everyone in the group, coffee machine/espresso maker, kettle, blender, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, clothesline and clothespins, iron, ironing board and handheld garment steamer. It also has a small enclosed balcony off the kitchen, perfect for enjoying the sun or line drying your laundry.
￫ In addition to the monthly rent, a Cleaning Fee of 70€ must be paid at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only. Additional cleanings can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee. An extra set of linen will be provided.
￫ City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2€ per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights.
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in his/her offer. From that moment, he/she has 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
