We would like to warn you that as typically of the area, the building has no elevator and therefore we do not recommend this lovely apartment if you have an issue with walking up stairs. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. It is ideal for two people but can accommodate up to 4 guests (the sofa bed is 1.4m wide). It is well soundproofed, which is uncommon for the area. Ideal for families or a group of friends who are looking to sleep in a privileged area of the city!

The living room has a flat-screen TV with over 100 channels - but the Castle View from the window is much better! - and a sofa-bed prepared to accommodate 2 more guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and iron.
￫ In addition to the monthly rent, a Cleaning Fee of 45€ must be paid at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only. Additional cleanings can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee. An extra set of linen will be provided.
￫ City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2€ per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights.

However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
