Funchal's Old Town is known for its historic beauty, where the architecture and streets mix with the cultural and cosmopolitan movement of the city. In recent years this part of the city has been renovated, retaining its original features, making it one of the noblest areas.
Guests have easy access to various restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets, including a small beach, next to the Fort of São Tiago. If you prefer you have a beach complex at 5 minutes. Nearby there is the Farmers Market, cable car and a fantastic promenade that takes you to the Funchal Marina and the CR7 Museum.
The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot!
Although a aerobus bus stop for airport arrivals and departures is within 10 minutes walk distance from the flat, we recommend the private transfer service as the best option to get to the flat. Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners. It is cheaper than taking a taxi by your own in the airport!

● All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
