Built in 1960, The Yellow House, although set in a moving area, has a driveway to the interior of the terrain, offering plenty of privacy and well-being to its guests. Another very obvious feature is indoor natural light.
Completely restored in 2018 the whole soul of this holiday home was kept. Furniture with history and refinement, allied to contemporary pieces in harmony with the house, make this nook a delightfully different lodging experience.
It has 4 bedrooms. One suite with a double bed, two with a double bed, one with twin beds. One of the bedrooms, with double bed, is on the ground floor. There is a common bathroom on the first floor and another on the ground floor.
The outdoor pool and lawn complement the interior of the house. They transport comfort to the outside. Enjoy some sunbathing and swimming. The outside dining area is extremely inviting to combine conversation with food. Who knows with some Madeira Wine and other regional products.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
This property is only ten minutes away from the centre of Funchal, its services and multiple restaurants. This residential area has several commercial spaces. In addition to the cafes, pastries and snack bar there is a mini-market and bakery right next to the building, perfect for buying your bread for breakfast.
We recommend the private transfer service as the best option to get to the flat. Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners. It is cheaper than taking a taxi on your own in the airport!

All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties.
Cleaning services during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables, are carried out on a weekly basis. If you wish extra cleaning service this can be arranged at an extra, affordable charge. The weekly cleaning and the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables will not be carried out for stays of less than seven nights.
