THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
After a day touring the island, there is nothing better than return home for a rest. But not without first savoring the delicacies of Madeira, available in the various restaurants near the building.
The renovated Lido beach, restored in May 2016, is only in a ten minutes walk from the apartment. If you want to explore the another bathing complex, you can enjoy the Ponta Gorda (ten minutes walk). Both offer swimming pools, access to the sea and restaurant. Praia Formosa, typical for pebbles and black sand, is about 5 minutes by car.
In the surrounding area there is a supermarket of medium size and other services.
A aerobus stop for airport arrivals and departures is within two minutes walk distance from the flat. Nevertheless, we recommend the private transfer service as the best option to get to the flat. Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners. It is cheaper than taking a taxi by your own in the airport!

All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties.
Cleaning services during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables, are carried out on a weekly basis. If you wish extra cleaning service this can be arrange at an extra, affordable charge. The weekly cleaning and the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables will not be carried out for stays of less than seven nights.
