The terrace offers a magical view, day and night, overlooking the majestic Orsini-Odescalchi Castle. Legend speaks of a princess who waited at her window for her beloved king—a love that endured time and still whispers its story today.

ust 40 min from Rome, in the heart of Bracciano. Nature, history, and from the terrace… the most breathtaking view. A peaceful escape, with the city always within reach.

Just 15 minutes’ walk to the lake, 5 minutes to the train station (direct line to Rome), and close to beaches, nature parks, and thermal baths. Ideal for day trips to Rome, Viterbo, Cerveteri, or the Etruscan countryside.

A cozy and bright living room with a red sofa, guitar, and drum set — perfect to relax or play music after exploring Bracciano and the Lake of Rome.

Music lovers’ corner with a Yamaha drum set and instruments ready to play. A creative touch that gives the home its warm, artistic soul — perfect for relaxing after exploring Bracciano and the Lake of Rome.

In the heart of a historic town, near 16th-century houses and a majestic castle, this charming spot offers lake views. A 20-minute walk brings you to Lake Bracciano’s peaceful shores.

You’re in the heart of the village, on a lively local street filled with authentic shops and cafés—more charm than a city center, yet peaceful and full of character.

This is the second bathroom, located between the two bedrooms. It includes a toilet, sink, bidet, and a washing machine.

Just a short walk from the old town… and you’ll find this. Lake Bracciano, named by The Guardian as one of Europe’s most beautiful lakes, is a peaceful gem surrounded by nature.

Breathtaking view of the Orsini-Odescalchi Castle in Bracciano, glowing in the sun. A majestic landmark towering over the village, with golden rooftops and a crystal-clear blue sky.

Comfortable bedroom with a wooden double bed and wardrobe. Located next to the main bedroom, separated by a bathroom — ideal for families or friends who want their own private space.

Cozy bedroom with a wooden double bed and an extra single bed. Includes air conditioning, a wardrobe, and warm lighting — ideal for couples or small families looking to relax after exploring Bracciano and the Lake of Rome.

Entrance staircase leading up to the apartment, with handrails on both sides and clean white walls. Typical access of a historic building in Bracciano.

Small bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and sink

Warm dining area with vintage furniture, air conditioning, and natural light. Connected to the full kitchen and staircase to upper rooms. Ideal for shared meals and relaxing moments.

The lake is just a short walk from the historic center, offering a breathtaking view. Across the water you can see Trevignano Romano and Anguillara Sabazia, two charming towns on Lake Bracciano. Here, life feels like a true leap of emotions.

Evening view of a lively square in Bracciano, with people gathering for events and outdoor dining. The photo is taken from a balcony with wrought-iron railings, overlooking the historic center at sunset.

Aerial view of the historic center of Bracciano, showing traditional terracotta rooftops, narrow cobblestone streets, and local cafés. The apartment’s private terrace can be seen among the charming old buildings, just steps from restaurants and the medieval castle.

Cozy dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, wooden table. The space blends rustic charm — perfect for breakfast or dinner with a view of the wooden staircase.

Free public parking just a short walk from the historic center of Bracciano, with a panoramic view of the medieval village and the castle.

I would rate your services 10 out of 10! What pleased me the most was the breathtaking view from the apartment and how spotless and cozy everything was – it truly felt like a home away from home. Also, your warm hospitality and quick communication made everything so easy and stress-free. Honestly, I can’t think of anything that needs improvement. Everything was perfect – thank you so much!

My friend and I were supposed to stay in this apartment from February untill June. Everything was perfect! The location, the apartment and the landlady (Martina) were very nice, we were very satisfied. If there was anything, we could always contact Martina and she would fix the problem. Unfortunatly the Corona virus meant that we had to return to our home country earlier than we would have liked. This was no problem at all with contracts or something. Martina helped us a lot with storing furnature and she even took us to the airport. Everything is awesom about this appartment, highly recommended!
