Betreed dit moderne, één jaar oude appartement, ontworpen in de eigentijdse architecturale stijl en gelegen binnen een van de meest prestigieuze gebouwen in de omgeving. Met een "bewoningsvergunning" die in 2021 is verleend, biedt deze residentie adembenemende uitzichten op de oceaan vanuit elke kamer, wat een betoverende ambiance creëert. Ontspan op het terras op de tiende verdieping, waar je kunt genieten van een glas wijn en kunt opgaan in de prachtige vergezichten.

Intern, een rustgevend neutraal kleurenpalet gecombineerd met subtiele boho accenten creëert een serene sfeer. De open leefruimte verbindt naadloos met twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers, geschikt voor zowel vriendengroepen als gezinnen. Het echte hoogtepunt is echter het uitgestrekte balkon dat elegant om een groot deel van het huis heen loopt. Door alle deuren te openen, wordt een harmonieuze binnen-buitenstroom bereikt, zodat je kunt genieten van drankjes terwijl je getuige bent van de zonsondergang over de glinsterende zee.

Handig genoeg leidt een ontspannen wandeling je naar het uitnodigende water van Praia da Rocha, en iets verderop ligt Três Castelos Beach. Great beach area with tons of shops and restaurants. Perfect for relaxing at the beach, going on clifftop hikes or sundowners at one of the beach bars.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It is clean, new and as shown in the pictures. Liza was always willing to help when we needed and even brought extra toys for our baby. Such a wonderful location and near everything you need.

Neighborhood
Right near beautiful Praia de Rocha. Incredible location & neighbourhood. So many restaurants, mini markets & activities to choose from. Very clean and safe neighbourhood. Can be noisy at night in Summer season. Wonderful that you can walk to find almost anything you want, but also plenty busses, uber & taxis. Lots of friendly, cheerful people around. Possible to speak English pretty much everywhere.

How can I cancel my booking?
