Deze ruime bovenverdieping appartement in São Jacinto (Aveiro), gerenoveerd in 2022, beschikt over high-speed internet/WiFi, een volledig uitgeruste keuken en een badkamer met douche/bad. Vanaf het kleine balkon heeft u uitzicht op de lagune (Ria de Aveiro).

LET OP: Dicht bij de natuur, ver van de stadsdrukte: dit appartement ligt bijna een half uur van het stadscentrum van Aveiro en zijn universiteitscampus. Het rustige vissersdorp São Jacinto, technisch gezien een wijk van Aveiro, is verbonden met het stadscentrum van Aveiro (aan de andere kant van de lagune) door een autoferry (15 minuten) en een buslijn - met WiFi. De veerboot vaart van 's ochtends vroeg tot laat in de nacht. Het duurt ongeveer 20-25 minuten om het stadscentrum van Aveiro te bereiken.

De Casa dos Jacintos bevindt zich in een gebouw direct naast de promenade van de Ria de Aveiro, dichtbij restaurants, cafés en de veerbootterminal. Fijnproevers waarderen de verse zeevruchten die in de restaurants van het dorp worden aangeboden. São Jacinto staat bekend om zijn visgerechten.

I've lived and studied abroad, most recently as an Erasmus student. Now back in my hometown, next to one of Europe's largest protected lagoons and marshlands, the Ria de Aveiro, and close to the Natural Reserve of the São Jacinto Dunes and the spectacular (Blue Flag-awarded) Praia de São Jacinto (the "house beach" of Aveiro). Did I mention Aveiro's vibrant mix of vibrant of science, technology, and culture? How lucky am I to call this place home! I have found that my guests come to São Jacinto to enjoy an undisturbed time out or workation stay in a (very) quiet place close to nature, away from it all, yet with convenient access to downtown Aveiro and the university campus if and when they feel like it or need to attend in-person meetings. Most of my renters from abroad value their privacy. That said, I live nearby and am available (preferred: messaging/email using the contact information on this platform) to answer questions they may have.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement.
