In the apartment you´ll find spacious open space with living room where there´s 2 portable sofas and TV set with FREE NETFLIX. There´s also well equipped and super modern kitchen with all amenities you might need. Next to the kitchen is also dining area. Private bedroom offers one double bed and one single bed. Bathroom is also super modern with bath tub. Part of the building is also beautiful courtyard where you can enjoy some well deserved relax and rest.
AREA
The nearest metro stop Krizikova is located 800 metres away. Tram stop Krizikova is even closer, 600 metres. Metro will take you to the city center in few minutes (3 stops and you are in very central area). If you arrive by bus to Florenc station, you can take metro line B to Krizikova stop (1 minute) or tram also to Krizikova (2 minutes). If you arrive by train, you take metro line C, change at Florenc to line B and get off at Krizikova. It takes around 10 minutes. From the airport, it takes around 50 minutes by public transport and 30 minutes by taxi or Uber. Uber works well in Prague.
HOW TO GET AROUND
You will stay in quiet area, yet still close to main monuments and very close to the subway. City center is easily reachable by direct public transport (3 stop by subway). Main bus station is 1 km away, main train station 2,5 km. The surroundings are very nice – from one side there is river Vltava, from another side green park. Supermarket Albert is in walking distance (5 minutes by foot). Place is surrounded by many local restaurants, bars and cafés.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

Basic principles of Flatio lease agreement

Transparency and simplicity. We are the only operator in the market to offer a single lease agreement for everything.

Guarantee of legal certainty. The lease agreements are in full compliance with the laws of the country where the lease is negotiated via Flatio. No matter whether you stay there for one or twelve months.

Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.

Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.

Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.

All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

Always 30 days ahead. Whether you move in at the beginning or half way through the month, the rent paid always covers the 30 days that follow. With Flatio, the “month" always starts with you moving in and you will never pay multiple rents at the same time.

Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

Stay Benefits won’t apply - Coverage by deposit
For bookings of 180 days or longer, the host requires a refundable deposit.

Cancelation Policy
Strict (30-days)
Rent
If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
Service fee
The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
