Welcome to Green Apartment! :)
A little cozy apartment, away from the noise of downtown yet with great traffic, quiet neighbors, and a small garden.
This friendly and colorful place offers a piece of nature in the middle of beautiful and busy Budapest. A jump from the apartment, you can find Városliget(city park) with the famous Vajdahunyad castle, Széchenyi spa, Heroes Square, Lehel Market, Budapest Zoo&Botanical Garden, Westend City Center, metro, bus, and multiple tram stops. Previous guests have liked the strategic location for public transportation and the well-thought-out interior for small-space living. This is not a luxury apartment, but it has all the basic equipment and amenities you might need for a comfortable stay.
The apartment is situated in an old traditional building, which is currently under reconstruction. At the moment, the building is going under full renovation to modernize the outer spaces and to bring out the unique "Budapestian" building style even better. This might cause some noise and a non-scenic view in the garden. All possible circumstances regarding the ongoing renovation are calculated in the price, which is by far the lowest for an entire home equipped like this one.

The building is located on a quiet street with windows looking into the inside garden.

The landlady is a great host, and when there was a problem she always helped. The apartment is great for the price and the public transportation to go anywhere in the city is very close by. Overall great!

Neighborhood
It is not the greatest neighbourhood in Budapest. But it is getting better by the day and many new buildings are being build. Besides that I have never felt in danger or threatened.

Orsival való egyeztetés gyors, zökkenő mentes volt. A belső udvarra néző lakásba a környező utcák forgalma egyáltalán nem hallatszott be.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement.
