Flat for rent - Prague 4 - Podoli

A studio apartment in the residential neighborhood of Podolí below the Vyšehrad castle, right behind the Podolí Waterworks building, a few steps from the Kublov tram stop.

5-minute tram ride to the Palackého náměstí metro station, the Podolí Swimming Stadium, Žluté Lázně, and Náplavka (famous Saturday morning farmer’s markets) are within walking distance.

The studio is suitable for one person.

French window leads from the studio to a small courtyard (roughly 10 m²), where you can sit outside in the summer or even grow herbs.

The studio is furnished and comes with beddings, towels, a vacuum cleaner, an iron and cleaning supplies.

The kitchen includes dishes, a refrigerator, a microwave, an electric kettle, and a small stovetop.

There is a storage unit in the basement that you are welcome to use.

There is no washing machine but you can do your laundry at a nearby laundromat LAVOR Pankrác.

Eva is a very nice landlord who is always here if there is something wrong in the flat. It is very calm and the geographic situation is perfect between the activity of the downtown and the sport area (swimming pool at 5 min by foot) . I was here for a semester as a Erasmus student and I don't regrete my experience.

This is a cosy little apartment. The surroundings are very peaceful and quiet. It is very well connected by both tram and bus and Metro C is a couple of stops by bus. The landlord is very friendly, helpful and easy to talk to.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
