Our cosy apartment is located close to city centre: 5 minutes walk from Andrássy Avenue or Teréz körút (with several restaurants, cafes and pubs). Public transport possibilities are a few minutes away on foot: metro line 1 and 3, trams, buses, trolley buses. A huge mall is also a few corners away next to Nyugati railway station.

The flat is situated in a 20 years old modern building on the groundfloor, all windows open to an inner green quiet garden surrounding with buildings away from the city noise.
The quiet apartment is cosy with simple design and a terrace. There are 2 bedrooms (one is with a double bed, the other one is with a sofa) and a living room with a sofa and a kitchen corner.
The kitchen corner is equipped with electric cooktop, oven, fridge, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and cutleries, the bathroom with bath, washing machine, iron, ironing board.

A lakás jól megközelithető, csendes, biztonságos környéken található. Ideális családnak , mosási, sütési és főzési lehetőséggel, nagy hűtőszekrénnyel. Néhány percnyi sétára Westend található.
A ház és a lakás is gondozott, tiszta és biztonságos. A tulajdonos rendkivül segitőkész. Mindig hamar vàlaszolt és nagyon segitokesz volt, amiért hàlàsak vagyunk, ajànlani tudom.
Család nagyon meg szerette a lakást.
