Guarantee of legal certainty. The lease agreements are in full compliance with the laws of the country where the lease is negotiated via Flatio. No matter whether you stay there for one or twelve months.
Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.
Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.
Always 30 days ahead. Whether you move in at the beginning or half way through the month, the rent paid always covers the 30 days that follow. With Flatio, the “month" always starts with you moving in and you will never pay multiple rents at the same time.
Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

The property is great, clean and tidy and in a really good location close to everything you need - bars, supermarket, restaurant and the metro all very nearby.
The one drawback was that as there is no Air Conditioning it was extremely warm. We bought one fan which did help a bit, but it would be great if each room was to have a small fan in it to help cool the place down. A very enjoyable stay overall though.

I am new to Flatio, but have used many rental homes previously and expected similar accommodations. Although most basics were provided, some basic necessities were not (garbage can, broom/dust pan, fan, coffee maker). I ended up buying these items to make our nearly month-long stay more comfortable. The flat was extremely hot, as it was unseasonably hot in Prague for the majority of my stay, and there was a need for air circulation, so I bought fans to make sleeping bearable. In general, the flat was clean upon arrival. For the price of the flat, I would be happy to come back but would hope to see the basics mentioned above (particularly a basic coffee maker) in the flat. Even though I am from the US and we are accustomed to AC, I do think at least one large fan is needed for air circulation in the summer months.

The neighborhood is the best part of this rental. I would rent again just to be in Karlin. My children (15 and 12) joined me for part of the stay and I felt very comfortable with them exploring independently. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores, and shops within easy walking distance. Palladium (large shopping mall) is just a couple of metro stops away.
