Digital Nomad Friendly Apt: met bureau, bureaustoel en snel internet.

Appartement op de bovenste verdieping in het centrum van Funchal met twee balkons en mooi uitzicht.

Het is onlangs gerestaureerd met AC.

Zeer rustig, hoewel het appartement in het centrum van Funchal ligt.

3 slaapkamer appartement met 2 balkons met een glimp van de zee.

Gelegen in het hart van Funchal, net achter het winkelcentrum La Vie met een 24/7 apotheek en een supermarkt.

10 minuten vlakke loopafstand van de kathedraal, het Santa Catarina-park en de gemeentelijke tuin, het Golden Gate Café, het Ritz Café en het theatercafé of de jachthaven waar de meeste bussen stoppen.

Parkeren gebeurt in de straat in betaalde meters.

3 slaapkamers: een met een queensize tweepersoonsbed, de andere met 2 eenpersoonsbedden en de 3e met een slaapbank voor twee personen. Met ramen die uitkomen op het balkon met uitzicht over de daken, de bergen, de kerk en een glimp van de zee. Grote kasten. Beddengoed, badhanddoeken en strandlakens inbegrepen.

2 badkamers: een is en-suite bij de grote slaapkamer met toilet, bad en douche; de andere met douchecabine en toilet.
Badhanddoeken en strandlakens aanwezig.
Toiletpapier en vloeibare zeep aanwezig.
Haardroger geleverd.

Keuken
Met een ontbijtbar die uitkomt op de woon/eetkamer. Onlangs gerenoveerd en volledig uitgerust met fornuis, magnetron, oven, koelkast / vriezer, vaatwasser, wasmachine, broodrooster, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker, blender, strijkijzer en strijkplank en al het bestek, enz.

Woonkamers
De woon/eetkamer is voorzien van een 2-delige suite en de bank is een tweepersoonsbed, eettafel met 6 stoelen, TV, kabel TV, gratis Wifi, DVD. Een ontbijtbar met 3 stoelen. Groot raam dat uitkomt op het balkon met uitzicht over de daken, de bergen en een glimp van de zee.

Voorzieningen/Faciliteiten
Kookplaat/fornuis, oven, koelkast/vriezer, magnetron, vaatwasser, wasmachine, strijkijzer/strijkplank, kabel-tv, gratis internet. Entertainment: dvd, satelliet of kabel, tv, gratis wifi-internetverbinding en boeken.

Opmerkingen over accommodatie

I stayed in this amazing apartment for a year. Beautiful views and very spacious.

The only criticism I would have is that the furniture definitely needs updating. For example, bed frames, mattresses, wardrobes in guest rooms and living room furniture require a little TLC.

You may get the odd noises outside due to there being a motorbike shop beneath the apartment, so that can be slightly annoying especially in the evening.

The host Maria is phenomenal, any issues at all and she is quick to get them resolved immediately. Pleasant, friendly and hospitality was beyond my expectations.

Neighborhood
I would describe the neighbourhood as very friendly but slightly noisy due to being very central.

Recommended places nearby
I would recommend the following places to visit- Plaza Madeira, Harbour, Funcal Old Town, Camara De Lobos, Machicco and that is just to mention a few.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
