Newly renovated, highly functional and fully furnished our Design one-bedroom apartment is the perfect choice for all kinds of travelers like families, couples, solo and business travelers who are planning to stay for several weeks or months.
Colorful interior design, soft textures, hard wooden materials and parquet flooring add a warm and homely atmosphere to the apartment.
The separate bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.
The stylish living room with a convertible L-shaped sofa, a dining table and a single bed offers plenty of seating and sleeping options.
A fully equipped kitchen with all necessary kitchen utensils, a bathroom with shower, washing machine and drying rack make you feel at home right away.
High-speed Wi-Fi Internet and Smart-TV (for online streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime) with international channels create the perfect work environment for being productive and comfortable at any given time.

With public transport right in your immediate surrounding, you will be at the Austria Campus, Vienna International Airport, Vienna Main Station, Vienna International Centre, Austria Center Vienna, Universität Wien, WU Wien, Reed Exhibitions Messe and the city center in no time.
Our apartment building is within walking distance to the famous Viennese parks Augarten and Prater and close to the Danube Island with beautiful routes for bicycle rides.
Furthermore, the many green spaces in the nearby area offer a wide range of sports and recreational activities. The superb restaurants and vibrant cafés, a large variety of impressive museums and extraordinary musical events guarantee culinary and cultural diversity.
Our competent team will be happy to assist you with residence registration and to give insider tips, personal recommendations and further information – whether before, during or after your stay. We can arrange printing and scanning as well.

Cleaning:
One monthly cleaning service is included in the monthly rate. Additional weekly cleaning can be added for EUR 40 per week.
Parking:
We can offer long-term car parking in the close-by (150m) parking garage in Odeongasse 2-4 for a monthly parking fee of EUR 180.
Extra person:
Please note that the stated monthly rent applies to one person only. For any additional person there is an additional charge of EUR 120 / month.
Pets:
We are happy to welcome pets as well, please note that there is a pet charge of EUR 60 /month.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
