Im Erdgeschoss eines wunderschönen historischen Hauses gelegen, vereint diese besondere Unterkunft eine geräumige Ferienwohnung, ein separates Studio und einen privaten Patio. Sie bietet Komfort, Charme und viel Freiraum für bis zu 6 Gäste.
Die Räume wurden mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und dekoriert. Historische architektonische Elemente verbinden sich harmonisch mit modernem Komfort und schaffen eine warme, einladende Atmosphäre – ideal für Urlaub, Geschäftsreisen, mobiles Arbeiten und längere Aufenthalte.
Komfortable Räume zum Wohnen, Arbeiten und Entspannen
Die Hauptwohnung verfügt über ein helles und gemütliches Wohnzimmer, eine vollständig ausgestattete Küche, einen Essbereich, einen separaten Arbeitsplatz mit Schreibtisch sowie ein komfortables Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett.
Ein ausklappbares Doppel-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer bietet zwei weitere Schlafplätze.
Das separate Studio umfasst ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Doppelbett und einen eigenen gemütlichen Sitzbereich mit Fernseher. Diese Aufteilung eignet sich besonders gut für Familien, zwei Paare oder gemeinsam reisende Kollegen.
Die unterschiedlichen Wohnbereiche bieten die Möglichkeit, in Ruhe zu arbeiten, sich zu entspannen und gemeinsame Momente zu genießen, ohne auf Privatsphäre verzichten zu müssen.

Eines der besonderen Highlights dieser Unterkunft ist der charmante private Patio – ein einladender Außenbereich, in dem Sie in der Sonne frühstücken, entspannt ein Buch lesen oder einen gemütlichen Abend beim Grillen verbringen können.
Der Patio steht ausschließlich den Gästen dieser Unterkunft zur Verfügung.
Eine besondere Raumaufteilung in einem historischen Herrenhaus
Die Maison Sarava hat einen Großteil ihrer ursprünglichen Architektur und Raumaufteilung bewahrt.
Die Hauptwohnung und das separate Studio werden gemeinsam als eine Unterkunft vermietet und sind über den gemeinschaftlich genutzten Hauseingang zugänglich.
Ein privates Badezimmer und ein separates WC stehen ebenfalls ausschließlich den Gästen dieser Unterkunft zur Verfügung. Sie sind jedoch über einen gemeinschaftlich genutzten Durchgangsbereich erreichbar und nicht direkt mit der Hauptwohnung verbunden.
Im Gebäude befinden sich weitere unabhängige Unterkünfte sowie die Wohnung der Eigentümer. Die Gäste genießen ihre Privatsphäre in den eigenen Räumen, während der Haupteingang und bestimmte Durchgangsbereiche gemeinsam genutzt werden.

Ein kürzlich durchgeführter Geschwindigkeitstest ergab etwa 44 Mbit/s im Download und 45 Mbit/s im Upload. Die tatsächliche Geschwindigkeit kann je nach Raum und Netzwerkbedingungen variieren.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
