Welcome to this cozy and functional studio in the Atocha area, an excellent base for living in Madrid and exploring the city.

The accommodation is a comfortable open-plan studio, with all the main living areas arranged within the same space. It is designed to make the most of the available space while providing everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The main sleeping area is particularly flexible. It can be prepared as one large 160 cm double bed, ideal for couples, or, upon request in advance, the beds can be separated into two individual beds. This makes the studio a practical option for friends, colleagues or guests who prefer separate sleeping arrangements.

There is also a sofa in the living area. It can be used as an additional sleeping option and is preferably suitable for children, as it is a sofa rather than a conventional bed. For adults, the main beds are the most comfortable sleeping arrangement.

The open-plan layout gives the studio a simple, practical and welcoming atmosphere, making it suitable for short or temporary stays in Madrid.

The property is located in the Atocha area, one of Madrid's most convenient central locations. From here, you can easily combine everyday life with sightseeing, culture, restaurants and walks through some of the city's most characteristic areas.

Atocha is particularly well connected by public transport, including train, metro and bus connections, making it easy to reach other parts of Madrid and the surrounding area.

One of the great advantages of the location is that many of Madrid's most important cultural attractions can be reached on foot. The famous Paseo del Prado, El Retiro Park, the Prado Museum and the Reina Sofía Museum are all nearby.

The surrounding area offers a wide range of cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and local shops, so everyday essentials are easy to find without needing to travel far.

For leisure and sightseeing, the studio is ideally located for discovering Madrid's cultural and historic centre. You can enjoy a walk through El Retiro, visit the museums along the Paseo del Arte, explore the historic streets around the centre, or simply enjoy the cafés and restaurants of the surrounding neighbourhoods.

Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Gran Vía and the historic centre are also easily accessible by public transport or on foot, depending on your preferred route.

The studio is therefore a great choice for guests looking for a central and well-connected place to stay in Madrid, with the flexibility of a studio and the city's culture, parks, restaurants and transport links close by.

Quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. must be respected, as required by law in Madrid.

Treat the house as if it were your own. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate eviction from the apartment without a refund for the remaining nights.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If you wish to smoke, please use the street and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly, not on the ground. If smoke odors, burns, or other damage are detected, you will be charged for the repairs.

Parties and loud music are not allowed. If the neighbors are disturbed or the police are called due to noise or misconduct, you will be evicted immediately without a refund.
Do not leave your key in the lock when leaving the apartment, as you will not be able to re-enter and a locksmith will have to be called at your expense.

Only the guests named on the reservation may stay in the apartment. If unauthorized additional guests are discovered, the security deposit will not be refunded and your reservation may be canceled.
Please dispose of your trash daily in the large gray bins on the main street and recycle accordingly (Orange: non-recyclable, Brown: organic waste, Yellow: recyclable).
For safety and hygiene reasons, please do not leave personal belongings or trash bags on the street.
Please ensure all doors and windows are securely closed when leaving the apartment and turn off the air conditioning or fan, if applicable.
Internet is FREE.
For stays of 28 nights or more, the electricity bill covers up to €50; any excess will be charged to the guest. This amount, along with a €300 security deposit, is payable in advance upon check-in. Additionally, the guest will be responsible for a cleaning fee every 21 days.

Check-in, check-out, and Wi-Fi are included in the rental price. However, the following fees apply:

Check-in between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.: EUR 30
Check-in between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m.: EUR 50
Check-in after 12:00 a.m. must be arranged in advance.
December 25, December 31, January 1, or national holidays: EUR 50
These fees must be paid in cash to the check-in agent; please ensure you have the exact change, as staff do not handle cash.
We can provide baby items such as bathtubs, strollers, and cribs for an additional charge. These can be reserved after booking.
Personal transfers for special reasons will incur a charge of EUR 20. Lost keys will incur a €100 charge, and if you forget your key and require a locksmith, all expenses will be the guest's responsibility.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
