This stylish 1-bedroom apartment (2+kk layout) has been recently fully renovated and offers a perfect combination of comfort, modern design, and excellent location.

The apartment consists of:

- one separate bedroom,
- living room with kitchen corner,
- modern bathroom,
- separate toilet.

The bedroom features two single beds, one double bed, and a TV, making it ideal for families, groups of friends, or business travelers.

The living room offers a comfortable fold-out sofa, dining area, and fully equipped modern kitchenette with everything needed for everyday living and longer stays.

The apartment is located on Národní obrany Street in Dejvice, one of Prague’s most sought-after and prestigious residential districts. The area is renowned for its elegant architecture, abundance of green spaces, safe environment, and excellent amenities. The Dejvická metro station is just 300 metres away (approximately a 4-minute walk), along with several tram and bus stops. Thanks to the excellent transport connections, you can easily and quickly reach the historic city centre, Prague Castle, the Old Town, Charles Bridge, and Václav Havel Airport Prague.

Dejvice is very popular among expats, diplomats, students, and professionals thanks to its relaxed atmosphere, wide selection of cafés, restaurants, bakeries, farmers markets, parks, and local shops. How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
