This cozy apartment is located in the district of Koukaki only 7 minutes on foot to the Syngrou Fix metro station and 20 minutes walk from the Acropolis. It is in the 4th and last floor (of a typical Athenian apartment building), in a quiet but also vibrant neighborhood with pedestrian zones, green spaces, groceries, pharmacies, coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. It is a bright apartment facing north-east and has a lovely big balcony with flowers and herbs that faces the Filopappou Hill. There is a 12 sqm bedroom furnished with desk, double bedroom, and closets and a 20 sqm living-dining room with couch, sofa seats, table, and dining chairs. The kitchen has a small balcony and is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, coffee machines and plenty of cupboards. The apartment has a lobby, a corridor with closet, and one bathroom with bathtub. You can also find a range of amenities including air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, TV, and WiFi. It is a lovely and comfortable apartment that ensures a relaxing stay in one of the most beautiful districts of Athens. I am glad to meet you and happy to answer any questions you might have.

My name is Artemis. I lived for few years in this apartment, which I maintained through time according to its original form, colors and furniture. I am renting it occasionally since 2023 because I live and work quite a few months on a remote Greek island. All tenants have felt cozy and familiar with the space and respected my personal belongings including books, musical instruments, and works of art. Based on this positive experience, I decided to offer it for rental for longer periods of time.

Once you send a booking request, the host is notified that you are interested in their listing. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your booking.

While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the hosts on Flatio.
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the host and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.

The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
