Welcome to your future happy place! This fully equipped, freshly repainted 2+kk flat has everything you need.

Situated in a quiet area where birds chirp and traffic doesn’t, the flat features a separate bedroom for actual sleep, a cozy living room with a kitchenette for your culinary experiments (or cereal dinners), and a bathroom with a proper bathtub for your bubble bath therapy sessions.

Thanks to its northeast orientation, the morning sun streams in just right – enough to wake you up naturally without turning your breakfast into a sauna. Perfect for early risers, plant parents, and anyone who likes to salute the sun (did I mention the yoga mat is included?).

You’ll also enjoy a nicely sized balcony – ideal for coffee, stretching, or people-watching in secret – and a private garage spot, so you can stop playing parking roulette.

Commuting? Piece of cake. You’re close to Metro B for a quick ride into the city center, and just a stone’s throw from the airport, for those spontaneous weekend escapes or business trips.

All that’s missing is you (and maybe a plant or two).

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay at Andreea’s and were sad to leave. The unit has everything you’ll need for a long term stay as we did (3 months). It has all the comforts of home. You simply need to bring your suitcase and you’re moved in. The wifi connection is perfect. Neighbours are quiet and respectful. To make the stay a bit more comfortable when nights began to get hot, Andreea was happy to bring a fan for us. Being a bit out of the centre makes coming home to the place feel calming and homey. The metro and bus station are a short 10-15 min walk away. There are also many grocery shops around which are easy to get to. Not to mention the airport is one bus ride away. Overall very satisfying stay.

Neighborhood
Quiet filled with majority locals. At the edge of Prague so you will need to walk to the metro to get to the more touristy areas.

Recommended places nearby
There’s a little market in the complex which is convenient. The Metropole mall is a short 15 min walk away. There are loads of play areas for kids. And open green space to relax.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
