Duplex apartment located in one of the oldest streets in the historic center of Abrantes and with panoramic views of the street and square.
The apartment is the result of the rehabilitation of an old stone house, and its principle was the use of traditional materials and techniques, combined with a contemporary and functional design of the spaces, seeking the comfort of natural materials with a modern and welcoming aesthetic. The house is a 5-minute walk from the Castle, the Iberian Museum of Archeology and Art (MIAA), the Municipal library and various local shops, cafes, restaurants and mini-markets. The street is quiet and has free parking.
The living room and kitchen share an open and spacious space. The kitchen, with modern and functional lines, has a comfortable table for 4 people and is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle.
The living room has a 3-seater chaise longue sofa, coffee table and a table with 4 chairs, where you can eat or drink coffee next to the window.
The bathroom is at the entrance to the apartment, along with the living room and kitchen, and has a shower, toilet and bidet, and a sink with mirror. Shampoo and shower gel are available in the shower.
Upstairs are the bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a small wardrobe, a small table with two chairs and a 150 cm wide bed. There is space for a travel cot if necessary.

The small bedroom has a small wardrobe, a bunk bed with 90 cm x 200 cm beds, and lighting/ventilation is provided through a roof window (Velux type). Despite being small, it is a pleasant room, with lots of light.
The house, which is divided into two apartments, has a common entrance space with two sofas, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

The entire historic center is easily walkable from the house.
Public transport within the urban area and historic center is provided by minibuses (aBUSa), which runs on weekdays, between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm, and on Saturdays until 1 pm. The service is free but you need to request a card at a cost of €5.
Abrantes has two train stations a 5-minute drive from the center (Rossio ao Sul do Tejo and Alferrarede) and road transport to various destinations. However, to visit specific places in the region, it is advisable to rent a car.

Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.

Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.

All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

Cancelation Policy

Rent
If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
Service fee
The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
