Verwarming
Splitairco's in zowel de slaapkamer als de woonkamer verwarmen en koelen. Beide zijn twee jaar geleden geïnstalleerd.

Parkeren en toegang
Gratis parkeren op eigen terrein en op straat. Het gebouw heeft een lift en het appartement een eigen ingang.

De buurt
Een supermarkt, café, restaurant en sportschool liggen direct naast het gebouw. Het strand en de boulevard liggen op 700 meter, de jachthaven van Portimão op korte loopafstand daarvandaan. De straat is het hele jaar door rustig.

Het appartement
70 m² met een slaapkamer, woonkamer, volledige badkamer en een ingerichte keuken. De keuken beschikt over oven, kookplaat, magnetron, vaatwasser, koel-vriescombinatie, waterkoker, filterkoffiezetapparaat en broodrooster, met een volledige set pannen, servies en glaswerk. Wasmachine en droogrek buiten.

De bergruimte blijft leeg voor langere verblijven: inbouwkast, laden en hangruimte. Verduisterende rolgordijnen, strijkijzer en extra dekens en kussens. Beddengoed en handdoeken worden verzorgd, evenals strandlakens, strandstoelen en een parasol. De eettafel staat in goed licht en voldoet prima als werkplek. Televisie van 55 inch met kabelzenders.

Aan de woonkamer grenst een privéterras met tafel en stoelen.

Slaapindeling
Een tweepersoonsbed in de slaapkamer en twee eenpersoonsbedden in de woonkamer. Geschikt voor een stel, met plaats voor vier.

Beheer
RochaBay Management beheert dit appartement rechtstreeks, vanuit Portimão. In acht jaar en meer dan zestig verblijven behaalde het een beoordeling van 4,77 van de 5. Uw contactpersoon gedurende het hele verblijf is Simão Alves, die binnen het uur reageert en onderhoud direct regelt.

U komt aan in een geklimatiseerd appartement, met schoon beddengoed, schone handdoeken en de waterkoker klaar. In de keuken vindt u koffie, thee, suiker, olijfolie en zout om te beginnen, en een fles Portugese wijn voor de eerste avond.

De sleutels geef ik persoonlijk af en ik neem de tijd om u alles te laten zien. Daarnaast krijgt u een kort buurtgidsje dat ik zelf heb geschreven: waar het goede brood is, de dichtstbijzijnde apotheek en supermarkt, de bushalte, en een paar restaurants waar ik ook mijn eigen vrienden naartoe zou sturen.

Daarna ben ik het hele verblijf één bericht van u verwijderd, en ik antwoord binnen het uur.

How can I cancel my booking?
