Modern loft with two floors and a terrace. In a building of 2001, access to the property is from the ground floor. Entering, to the right, you will find a double bed under the staircase, isolated with a curtain. To the left is the bathroom.
Going up the stairs, you access the upper floor. On the upper floor, there is an open kitchen to the dining room and a high table for eating. There is also a living room that connects to a splendid outdoor terrace.
At the other end, there is a bedroom with a sliding door that allows it to be separated from the rest of the house. Inside the room, there is a workspace and access to an interior courtyard where you can store bicycles or hang laundry.
This is a quiet apartment.
Located just a few meters from Rambla Poblenou and next to the 22@ area, this apartment is 1.2 km from Bogatell Beach and just 15 minutes from Glòries Square. Poblenou is a trendy neighborhood full of shops and restaurants.

While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the hosts on Flatio.
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the host and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.

The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
