Geniet van Boedapest in dit zonnige, moderne en gemakkelijk bereikbare appartement, gelegen in een veilige, vriendelijke en rustige buurt. Margaretha-eiland, Heldenplein en het stadscentrum liggen op 20 minuten met de bus. Het appartement beschikt over een ruim balkon van 14 m² met een gemotoriseerd zonnescherm, een comfortabele buitentafel en stoelen. Het gebouw heeft een gedeelde binnenplaats.
Binnen vindt u een goed uitgeruste keuken met vaatwasser, Nespresso-apparaat, elektrische waterkoker, oven, magnetron, koelkast en vriezer. De slaapkamer beschikt over een groot tweepersoonsbed (180x200 cm). De woonkamer heeft een gezellige sofa die kan worden omgevormd tot een extra bed (200x160 cm). Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn aanwezig. Een apart bureau zorgt voor een productieve omgeving voor thuiswerk of studie.
De airconditioning kan worden gebruikt voor zowel koelen als verwarmen en er is ook stadsverwarming aanwezig.
Alle genoemde voorzieningen en apparaten zijn aanwezig en functioneren perfect.
Roken is alleen toegestaan op het balkon of in de gedeelde binnenplaats!
Het appartement bevat ook een hometrainer.
Een fiets kan op verzoek worden verstrekt.
Het gebouw heeft een eigen garage waar een parkeerplaats gehuurd kan worden (ca. 40 EUR/maand).
Afstanden in de beschrijving worden gemeten te voet of met het openbaar vervoer.
In de buurt vindt u verschillende vormen van openbaar vervoer, waaronder metro, bussen en tram. Ik kan gedetailleerde informatie geven.
De twee monitoren op het bureau, zichtbaar op de foto's van de woonkamer, maken geen deel uit van het appartement, maar als u ze nodig heeft, kunnen we dit bespreken.

Once you send a booking request, the host is notified that you are interested in their listing. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your booking.
Hosts are mainly interested in the profile of their guest. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your booking will more likely get approved.
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every listing. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the hosts on Flatio.
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the host and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
In the event that you move in and the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on Flatio, let us know as soon as possible!
If the conditions for the withdrawal are met and the host can't fix the issue immediately, you have the option to withdraw from the lease agreement with a full refund. We'll also actively help you find an alternative accommodation and remain by your side until everything is fully resolved.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
