Flat for rent - Thessaloniki

A spacious maisonette with a sea and garden view in Peraia - the closest beach town to Thessaloniki. The maisonette occupies upper ground and 1st floors and is 84m2 in size, comprising of 2 double bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom (upstairs), extra WC (downstairs), 4 balconies, a large shared garden, private parking. There is currently 1 desk, 2nd one can be supplied for sharers. Fast optic cable WIFI, gas central heating, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, mosquito nets, extra beds.

Location is ideal for all-year-round stays as the town is lively with locals and visitors even in the winter. The main promenade and sandy beach are 1 minute walk from the flat, as well as a wide selection of bars and restaurants (open all year). Shops, bakeries, chemists - all within 1-2 mins walk.

The front of the property (living room and the main bedroom) are overlooking the garden and the sea. The large garden provides a good level of privacy when sitting on the balconies, compared to many town properties, which are right next to each other.

A bus stop for the centre of Thessaloniki is 2 mins walk. There are frequent buses, a return fare to the centre is (currently) 2.20eur. Going southbound, the same bus will take you to Nea Michaniona, a nice non-touristy fishing village with a choice of bars and restaurants (a nice alternative to busy city centre.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
