About Our Property
Our home is a refined 350-square-meter, four-story villa, where my husband and I reside year-round. The house is designed across three primary living levels, complemented by an additional basement floor. Built thoughtfully from stone and wood, the villa is oriented toward the sea and the surrounding mountains, naturally maintaining a cool, comfortable climate even during the height of summer. For added comfort, every bedroom and the living room are equipped with air conditioning.
Every room in our home—as well as the common living areas and the entrance terrace—offers breathtaking, panoramic views of the Göcek bays, the surrounding nature, and the dramatic mountain landscape.
The Garden and Surroundings
Set within a 500-square-meter garden, our property is a tranquil sanctuary filled with life. You will find a variety of fruit trees, including three olive, pomegranate, grapefruit, orange, avocado, peach, loquat, and lemon trees. These are complemented by the lush, vibrant local flora, including blooming bougainvillea and fragrant jasmine, creating a truly serene atmosphere around the pool area.

While our villa feels like a secluded retreat, it is very conveniently located. We are just a 20-minute walk from the heart of Göcek, or a quick 5-minute drive for your convenience.

While our villa is our year-round home, we thoughtfully designed the top-floor attic suite to ensure absolute privacy for our max 2 guests. Spanning 25m² and featuring its own private rooftop terrace, this space is reserved exclusively for your comfort, allowing you to enjoy your own sanctuary while still experiencing the warmth of our home.
To elevate your stay, we are delighted to offer our guests the exclusive opportunity to explore the hidden gems of Göcek’s bays aboard our private yacht. This service is available upon request for a daily fee, providing you with a bespoke, seamless experience on the water—a true way to see Göcek from the sea.
