Room for one person in a 2-bedroom apartament near Metro Wilanowska subway station, Puławska street and shopping mall Westfield Mokotów in a prestigious part of Warsaw called Upper Mokotów (Górny Mokotów). Well maintained, quiet and clean building.
The room is full of light and sun, it is in a 2-bedroom apartment, which means you will have only one neighbor in the second room. Both rooms are lockable. These two people share bathroom and kitchen.
This flat consists of 2 single rooms, bathroom and a kitchen with a dining table. It is just for two people who may enjoy privacy there. All windows are sound proof and theft proof, thanks to which it is a very quiet place despite convenient closeness to Warsaw's main street and all kinds of public transportation (metro, trams, buses, all within 1-3 minutes walk from the room).
There is fast internet in the building with no extra charge.
Our building is located in one of the best and safest Warsaw’s locations. Upper Mokotów is a green and prestigious part of Warsaw excellently communicated, just minutes drive to center.
Location: Warsaw Mokotów, near Metro Wilanowska and Puławska street, close to shopping mall Westfield Mokotów, and to the Mokotow office centre (wittily called Mordor). Only 3 minutes walk to Metro Wilanowska, 1 minute walk to tram stop in Puławska, 10 minutes by Metro to city center. Fast connection with public transport to all parts of Warsaw. Very well connected with schools and universities, for instance to Vistula, SGH, WUT, SGGW, Lazarski, Warsaw University and others. There are several parks nearby with weekly events like public picnic Targ Śniadaniowy (Breakfast Market) each Sunday between spring and autumn just two minutes walk from the building.
Our building is surrounded by a garden with a fish pond where you can relax. Everything you need is within a walking distance – shops, supermarkets, restaurants, parks, swimming pool, gyms, bike paths. You can store your bike in the garden if you like.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Guarantee of legal certainty. The lease agreements are in full compliance with the laws of the country where the lease is negotiated via Flatio. No matter whether you stay there for one or twelve months.

Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.

Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.

Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.

All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

Always 30 days ahead. Whether you move in at the beginning or half way through the month, the rent paid always covers the 30 days that follow. With Flatio, the “month" always starts with you moving in and you will never pay multiple rents at the same time.

Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

Stay Benefits won’t apply - Coverage by deposit
For bookings of 180 days or longer, the host requires a refundable deposit.

Rent
If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
Service fee
The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
