Volledig uitgerust huis zeer licht en fris. Het is een herenhuis gelegen in de meest toeristische stad aan de Costa Blanca, in een privé-urbanisatie in een onverslaanbare wijk van El Campello, dicht bij allerlei diensten en voorzieningen. Gebouw uit 2003, verdeeld over drie verdiepingen, heeft 105 m2.
De begane grond biedt een woonkamer - eetkamer met toegang tot een veranda-terras, een volledig uitgeruste onafhankelijke keuken en een gratis toilet. De eerste verdieping heeft twee slaapkamers met inbouwkasten en een complete badkamer met een ligbad. De bovenste verdieping, ideaal voor gasten, biedt een slaapkamer met een kledingkast en een uitschuifbed met meubels die leidt naar een groot terras met vrij uitzicht op de bergen en een beetje op de zee.

OMGEVING
Het ongelooflijke klimaat het hele jaar door maakt Campello de beste vakantie-enclave aan de Middellandse Zeekust.
De diversiteit aan stranden (baaien, langwerpig, met grotten, met fijn zand, enz.), evenals de jachthaven, maken van Campello een van de beste toeristische steden aan de Middellandse Zeekust.
Met een nabijgelegen winkelcentrum met diensten zoals supermarkt, cafetaria, restaurant en winkels.
Het is een ideale omgeving voor gezinnen, zeer rustig en goed verbonden zowel met het openbaar vervoer, met de tram voor de deur, als met de auto op de A7 en zeer dicht bij de jachthaven

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

We had to clean the apartment as it was so dirty we couldn't stand it. The floor, the cutlery, the dishes, etc.
At the end when we cleaned up the spaces of the apartment where we stayed, and the owner still deducted 50 euros for cleaning, as the 'new cleaning lady' found dust.
Honestly wouldn't recommend the place at all to stay. Incorrect owner.
