Op korte loopafstand van het kasteel van Montegridolfo, in een nieuwe, autovrije woonwijk, bevindt zich dit volledig gemeubileerde tweekamerappartement, gebouwd begin jaren 2000. Het appartement beschikt over een betegeld terras en twee overdekte parkeerplaatsen.
Bewoning mogelijk.
We zijn gevestigd in de wijk "Borgo Nuovo di Montegridolfo", in een nieuwe, goed onderhouden en volledig autovrije omgeving.
Op ongeveer 30 minuten van de stranden van Cattolica en Pesaro.
De entree bevindt zich op de mezzanine en biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de heuvels die zich uitstrekken tot aan de zee.
Vanuit de entree komt u in een ruime woonkamer met kitchenette, die baadt in het licht door vier grote ramen.
Het meest opvallende kenmerk is de ongebruikelijke plafondhoogte van meer dan 4 meter. Hierdoor kon een grote (normale) mezzanine worden gecreëerd met een ontspanningshoek, voorzien van een tweepersoonsbed.
De zichtbare houten balken dragen bij aan de aangename en warme sfeer van de ruimte.
De verwarming is onafhankelijk en wordt aangestuurd door een nieuwe cv-ketel (3 jaar oud) die op afstand te bedienen is met een speciale app.
Een comfortabele hal leidt naar de grote tweepersoonsslaapkamer, eveneens met een hoog plafond en zichtbare houten balken.
De mooie badkamer met ligbad is ook het vermelden waard.
In de kelder direct onder het appartement bevinden zich twee overdekte parkeerplaatsen.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
