About me
I am Portuguese but I grew up in Belgium and studied architecture in the UK. After living in different countries in Europe for my studies and work, I decided to move back to Portugal in 2019. I have been spending time in Alcácer do Sal for 15 years. I love its small cobbled streets and local shops. One of my favourite places is the town market. I have been inspired by the character of Alcácer and the Alentejo way of life in designing and furnishing Casa do Mercado — using local furniture and materials to create a unique, comfortable modern design home.
