Fernanda in very hospitality landlord with a passion for the perfection of her apartment.
Don’t believe the pictures. The apartment in reality is much better then seems. It’s very clear and good equipped. And the windows view - it’s amazing. We’re family of four and the apartment was a little cramped for us. But anyway it was one of the best appears we ever rent.

Neighborhood
It’s are very quiet place. There’s only neighborhood which is very small local bar closing at 10 or 11 pm. It can surprises but we have never hear any noise from there. The bar owner turned out to be a nice guy.

Fernanda is very helpful and the rental unit was very clean and everything was done with high quality. Location you can not beat the view it is outstanding and not too far from city center easy to get taxi/Bolt taxi there. Very nice unit I recommend it.

Recommended places nearby
The little bar on the corner of the property is run by a nice friendly guy he also offers a few snacks as well as a good cup of coffee. The bar is quiet so do not worry about late night noise it is just a very quiet neighborhood spot.
