João is a very friendly and helpful person, he went above and beyond to arrange high quality internet (glas fiber) for us. He took care of every request we made, and even proactively arranged things for us. On top of that he gave us access to his network to explore the island.
The recently renovated apartment he offers has a great 360 view and is close to a lovely park for a nice walk in the morning, and very close to groceries and bakeries/coffee shops. The vicinity to the center makes it ideal for restaurant visits and sight seeing.

The apartment is incredibly welcoming, like a doll's house, perfect for those looking to rest in a calm place, but who don't want to miss being close to the city and all the amenities that come with it.
