Het 52 vierkante meter grote appartement met 2 kamers is nieuw, modern, goed verlicht, recent ingericht en biedt plaats aan maximaal 4 gasten. Deze plek is uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een aangenaam en onvergetelijk verblijf in Wenen. De ramen en het balkon kijken uit op de rustige tuin, zodat geen straatgeluiden je plezier zullen verstoren in de aangename sfeer van het appartement. Dit appartement is gemakkelijk toegankelijk via zowel trappen als een lift en is rolstoelvriendelijk.

Locatie:
Op slechts enkele minuten van het appartement kun je gemakkelijk de Oude Donau bereiken, een pittoresk recreatiegebied aan het water. Er bevindt zich een tramhalte op slechts 200 meter van het gebouw en het metrostation U1 is vlakbij, waardoor je Stephansplatz kunt bereiken en alle beroemde bezienswaardigheden van Wenen in ongeveer 20 minuten kunt verkennen.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
