This flat is situated in an area of Jinonice, in residences U Kříže, which won the Building of the Year prize in 1999.
In proximity to the residence there is Prokopské udolí nature reserve, Cibulka woodland park and Vidoule Natural Monument. These offer walks or cycle rides in beautiful natural surroundings.
In close proximity to the flat there are Tyršova pre-school and primary school, tennis courts, football field, playgrounds for both small and older children. Supermarket Billa, a post office and restaurant can also be found nearby. Two smaller shops with general goods are right in the area of the residences.
The area is very easily accessible by public transport. Metro stop Jinonice on line B (three stops away from Anděl), which can take you right into the city centre in 10 minutes, is only a 3 minute walk away. There are also stops for 137 and 149 buses. Getting to Václav Havel International Airport is easy and straightforward.
Anděl is the second centre of Prague, with shops and entertainment, including rich night entertainment opportunities.
This beautiful flat is situated on the first floor of an apartment block, which is surrounded by trees and greenery. Parking is available directly in the garage of the house or in U Kříže street.
The living room with balcony is furnished with dining table, sofa bed and a bookcase with TV screen.
The bedroom windows facing west are protected by blinds as well as curtains. The living room windows are protected by blinds too.
The bedroom is furnished with spacious bed and large closet (cloakroom).

Byt je dostatečně prostorný, hezky zařízený, plně vybavený, ocenili jsme i garážové parkovací stání. Nachází se v klidné lokalitě vhodné pro rodiny s dětmi (blízkost hřišť), studenty i pracující (blízkost metra, obchodů). Spolupráce s majiteli byla naprosto bezproblémová.

Martina and Marek were very helpful and the flat was very well-appointed. Nice decorations and they thought of everything one could need, including cleaning products, lots of linens and dishes. Answered questions and solved issues quickly. Both great with English!

Neighborhood
Quite suburban and be prepared for lots of steps and hills! That said, metro is quite close so it's easy to get into the urban centers.
